Returns & Exchange Policy

Our Returns & Exchange policy lasts 7 days.

Kindly lodge a return, exchange or refund within 7 days of your purchase or successful delivery of your online order in order for your purchase to be eligible.

Your item must be unused and in the same original packaging and condition that it was received. To complete your requests, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, come visit our store at #01-70, 9 King Albert Park.

Late or missing refunds

In the event of a refund, we try our best to complete a refund request ASAP.

However, your bank might take up to 14 days to process such refunds! If you have not received your refund after then, kindly contact your bank.
